Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Change of mind

• Color preference

• Accidental orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier.
